"The hotel is nice because it is different, yet not scary. It’s a Boutique hotel I suppose, but not in the contemporary sense of one. In reality it summons up nostalgia for the hotels of Acapulco in the 70s 80s and 90s. The vegetation everywhere is beautiful and creates a nice and very unique atmosphere. The rooms are begging to age a bit. The windows are too thin and growing algae in some spots. There is a loading dock across the street from the entrance of the hotel that serves a mall with lots of restaurants. There is constant noise from that if you are near it and the windows do little to keep the noise out. And unfortunately that’s where they have some of the nicer rooms, right ones that corner. Room service is ho hum. We recieved our food in a bag inside paper boxes with plastic utensils instead of on a tray with real stuff. And the breakfast could use a bump in quality as well. If I go back, I won’t be eating there."

"Excellent hotel, I was in the process of remodeling and stayed 18 days, the service of the staff was great, the amenities were ok, the breakfast good, sometimes I smell humidity in the room but nothing extremely uncomfortable. Parking was great, included in the rate."
