"Staff was not helpful at all. When we entered the room at 3pm, the room was a mess and hadn’t been cleaned yet. Reached out to the staff and they said all we ca do is try to get ahold of the owner. Called the hosting company and they said we would get late check out at 12pm but a housekeeper with out knocking came into the room at 11pm. Support over phone said we would receive a credit and still haven’t received it. Overall was a horrible stay and would not recommend! PLS BOOK ELSEWHERE! "

"Disappointing and heart breaking! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated with great views but filthy. The carpets were disgusting and stained, the walls dirty, the bathroom had mold, the washer was disgusting. A closet door was broken. It was sad to stay in nice place with potential, a good deep cleaning can turn it around. The facilities were ok, the pool and seating areas needed some up keeping. It had great views, parking was easy, however I will never stay there again as the the place...

"The property itself is pretty great, with amazing views and plenty of space, although there are a few things worth mentioning. The apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people (though two people would need to sleep on a sofa bed). It’s well-equipped for cooking, though nothing was properly cleaned. "I had a very disappointing experience staying here. The room was not clean at all — dirty sheets, bad odor, and it honestly felt like it hadn’t been properly serviced before I arrived. What made it worse was the staff. I reached out multiple times asking for help or even just a room change, and no one actually stepped in to fix the situation. I was basically left to deal with a dirty room on my own, which is completely unacceptable for a place you’re paying to stay at. Customer service was...
