"The general manager Biren was extremely accommodating and friendly. It is hard to find clean reasonably priced hotels with free parking lots on site in San Francisco, so this is a real gem in the city. Location was convenient and near many restaurants. Neighborhood seemed safe and our vehicle was not broken in to while we parked here, which generally happens to us when we are in the city. We even got to park under a covered area! We will definitely be back. Thanks!"

"El hotel esta muy limpio y moderno. La habitacion y baño comodo y con todos los servicioa al 100. A pesar de estar en una calle transitada, no se escucha nada. La habitacion muy amplia y comoda. La limpieza del baño me llamo la atencion, parevia nuevo. La atencion en recepcion fue muy amable. El que tenga estacionamiento dentro del hotel es una ventaja porque esta en zona complicada de hacerlo en la calle."

"Had a wonderful stay for my work trip! Bre and Alfonso were incredibly welcoming and really did a great job in representing the establishment - can't wait to come back. Clean room and great restaurant - only downside is the location as it is located in the Tenderloin. Otherwise a fantastic stay."

"This is my go-to hotel when I need to stay downtown or near SOMA. I’ve been coming here since the days when it was The Line (before Hilton took over). The rooms are great, love the toiletries, and the shower has excellent pressure and quick, consistent temperature control. The bed is comfortable, and the AC keeps the room perfectly cool. Staff are consistently great, quick, professional, and genuinely nice people. Cons: as others have mentioned, the area can feel like a scene out of The Walking...
