"The "free" breakfast was a joke. Everything was prepackaged except for the waffles and the staff was not refilling anything. The ice machine on the bottom floor was empty. When we returned to our room at the end of the day, it was not cleaned, no new towels, the trash was not emptied, the bed was not maid up. When I told the man at the front desk he said they send text to ask about room cleaning but we both check our text for that day and we did NOT get any such text. We will never stay at a Quality Inn again,"

"Overall, the stay was good. But I like to work out in the gym was under construction. I didn't know that when booking and you couldn't use the pool."

"This is my 4th stay at the The Guest House. Everything about it is excellent. The staff is always polite and helpful to your needs. I utilized the gym this year and was pleasantly surprised at the equipment and cleanliness. Also we always eat at Delta's Kitchen. We particularly love one of the server's Melanie who always remembers us each year. All of the servers are excellent. So close to my favorite place - GRACELAND!!!"

"The check in process was quick. They did try to ask for a $50 deposit after I already booked and paid with hotels.com. We were excited they had a pool but it was more like a duck pond literally with a duck in it."

"Visited from May 7-9, 2026. Only two complaints and we were on the 4th floor, workers or someone left dirt on hallway carpet and carpet was not vacuumed from time we got there till time we left. No, I forgot to mention it to hotel front desk or cleaning staff but you couldn’t miss it. Lastly, room did not smell fresh although clean. We sprayed freshner by air when it came on and that helped for the stay. It’s understood that air and/or heat does not run 24 hours per day when room is not occupied. So I recommend taking air freshner or Lysol spray to brighten stale odor in room. Otherwise, I’d stay again and again and again. Compliments: staff that I encountered, very friendly and courteous and helpful. Breakfast, good!!! Hit the spot each morning and plentiful!!! Area: very busy with lots of restaurants of all kinds, shopping, even Dollar Tree/Walmart!!! Close to highway and every now and then, you’d hear the airplanes flying over but never bothered my sleep."

"The first night, the tv stopped showing at 10pm. After informing the front desk, we still didn’t get the tv on.the next morning we went for breakfast at 6:45am and was told that the breakfast person didn’t show for work. There was no cook on site for Saturday breakfast. Saturday morning, we never received any clean sheets or towels.this was our first time in Memphis and it wasn’t good at all. For the amount of money that was spent it should have been better."
