"Property was good. Door stripping at bottom was missing, so it leaked when it rained. The pool area was not picked up/trash not dumped. Saturday I had to let them know there were eyelashes and finger nails left round the pool and the trash needed dumped. The breakfast was kept up and fresh. The front desk personel were attentive and pleasant. The location was amazing and close to Graceland We were pleased with our stay and the price."

"This is a resort level hotel, convenient to the airport and Graceland. the staff is exceptional. The amenities are also great, pb&j sandwich topped off the night. The decor is fun and stylish. The rooms are big, stand up shower was excellent, pool was great, free water in lobby. Coffee machine in room is not good. Would love coffee as an amenity. All food is for purchase and reasonable. Coffee shop in lobby is pretty good. Dogs are very welcome here and we saw many. Queen beds make a difference...

"It was a little pricey, but I chose this hotel because of the location to Graceland & it has a pool. We were too tired to swim, but were quite impressed that the pool was guitar-shaped. Breakfast was good - had a good mixture of hot & cold items - and there were at least 2 workers that were making sure everything was stocked and even checking up on each of us. They will shuttle you to Graceland. I would stay here again."

"Hotel is clean however service is poor. Air conditioner cannot change the direction of fan, you cannot sit in front the table as the fan is blowing to you. It is bad. Not good to stay."

"When I did my booking I was looking for family friendly hotels. There pictures & everything they advertised wasn’t true. The property is under renovation & the prices for the rooms wasn’t worth the way the rooms look in person compared to there advertisement. We stayed 2 nights $155 a night that wasn’t worth the cost. "Strengths: Everything was clean and comfortable. Opportunities: Add body wash in the shower instead of hand wash. Also, I don't feel like the $10/day parking fee is justified. Especially since it's an open parking lot, no security or garage parking."
