"Room was very clean and well-appointed with a beautiful view of the sea. Nice bathroom as well. Excellent location at the end of the Concha, and right at the start of Old Town. We booked very last minute, so didn't receive the driving directions video - if you are driving, you do have to drive on the pedestrian roads, so reach out the hotel ahead of time for directions if you don't have them before you head over. There is (paid) parking at the hotel."

"We stayed 11 nights in the family suite. The suite was well equipped, clean, well laid out and lots of natural lighting. Location, location, location. The 4 balconies afforded great city views and looking left, can see entrance to old town. It was especially convenient and fun to watch the February Carnival parades right below our balconies. All the staff from housekeeping to front desk were friendly and always ready to help. Two standouts whom we interacted with most made our stay more...

"Convenience. One of the best locations. Next to cathedral, in case you get lost, cathedral is your marking point. Convenient to bus station, 5 min walk. Closed to the beach. Can't get any better than this hotel."

"Communication leading up to our arrival was easy. Once we arrived we found super clean rooms, hot strong shower and the perfect location. Staff was lovely and helped us with last minute changes as we lets our rooms an extra day."

"This hotel is a must for anyone visiting SS, especially for first time visitors. Ideally situated within 5 mins walk of the main bus station. The bus direct from the airport takes 1hr 20 mins and runs hourly in winter. Make sure to book your bus home early as the 8am bus was full and a taxi cost 200 euros. Staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and stunning. Everything you need a more for a lovely break away. Thank you. "
