"Our stay at Lasala was perfect from start to finish. Everything from the check-in to the check-out process was smooth and professional. The rooms were impressive, very spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The highlight for us was the staff's kindness when we ended up stuck in San Sebastián due to travel issues. They were incredibly helpful and extended our stay at a very reasonable price, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. The location is unbeatable. It is right next to the Old Town for amazing food and just a short walk to the main shopping areas. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!"

"Fabulous hotel. Very clean. Staff lovely. Parking on site was a bonus. About 20 minutes walk into the old town. Five minutes to the promenade. We ate in the hotel, it was very nice. "

"Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. We were delighted with our beautiful room featuring a stunning roof window that offered breathtaking views of the sky - it added such a special touch to our experience.
The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with exceptional quality throughout. Every item was clearly made with fresh products, and the attention to detail was evident in every bite. The service during breakfast was equally outstanding, with staff who were attentive and genuinely warm.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was their service after our stay. I accidentally left my AirPods behind after checkout, and when I contacted the hotel, they immediately offered to ship them to me via DHL/UPS without hesitation. This level of care and responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated.
From the accommodations to the dining to the exceptional customer service, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit. Highly recommended!"
