"Alaa was friendly and attentive and arranged for a wonderful guide and driver for our entire stay. She took the time to understand what we wanted to see and made great recommendations. The rooftop deck was great and the staff were hardworking and kind. "
"The location, the hotel history and the wonderfully friendly staff who clearly enjoy hosting people from all around the world at the fabulous location within view of the Pyramids."

"I stayed at Marriott Mena House and it exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Pyramids of Giza, with the most incredible view you can imagine. My room looked directly at the Great Pyramid and waking up to that sight was absolutely unforgettable.
The property is well maintained with lush gardens, a beautiful pool, and a blend of modern comfort and historic charm. Service was excellent. Staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast overlooking the pyramids was another highlight of my stay.
If you visit, I recommend booking a Pyramid View room. It is more expensive but worth every cent for the once-in-a-lifetime experience. Overall, this is the best hotel in Giza and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo."

"Giza Palace is the true definition of luxury stay in Cairo.
It takes you back in time. You are met with beautiful smiles and friendly staff throughout the hotel.
The food experience is one of the best and there are diversity in the cuisines, noting that the hotel has a " Michelin star restaurant ✨" in the hotel.
I've experienced the spa which is again one of the most luxurious experiences in Egypt, despite the services being limited due to its soft opening.
A big kudos to Remon, Ahmad, Islam, Mahmoud, Samia, Chief Hussain, Hossam, Mr. Alaa, Shadwa, and everyone in the hotel. "
"Had very good memory of this hotel. Grand. Resort style. Hugh, beautiful pool and surroundings. Very green! Really good staff. Hazem Mohammed made our stay special. Great person, befitting his position as chief concierge. We travelled independently so he made sure we got what we needed for going out around town. Other staff members provided necessary attention too. And Naser our room attendant went above and beyond to make it comfortable to stay there.
Eating had to be in if not out in a taxi. One main buffet room, a cafe, an Italian and a Japanese. Buffet is quite good. Plus, a really good liquor bar that we frequented every evening that made our very good drinks.
Wifi is not reliable at all. Smoking is allowed, and seems everywhere.
Bed is comfy and shower hot and strong. We were happy!

"A short term stay! Had a very large booking that was arranged by Mohammed at the reception very smoothly and quickly, incredible spa services from Heba and Jihan would highly recommend! The rooms were great standard rooms and great for short stays especially if going to the local airports nearby! The staff are amazing and always come around to ensure everything is going well and if we required anything for our rooms. The food and alcohol was a little bit over priced in comparison to what we had been paying in other areas and hotels! You will require to catch local transport or taxi’s as it is away from the city. The overall experience was great and would highly recommend again! Thank you! "
"It was an absolute pleasure staying at Noya. It's the perfect getaway right at the outskirts of Cairo. It's also perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay around the pyramids and the museum.
The view from the rooftop is amazing...you get to see the pyramids and a unique view of Cairo.
The place is very well kept (the gardens, the pool, the rooms...etc.) and the interior design is quite tasteful.
The staff are very friendly, helpful and generous with their time and treats.
I will certainly become a regular. "
"Special word of appreciation for Amira, Shaimaa, Neshma & Noor.
The culture within the staff is of equality and professionalism. I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk.
Did I mention Fahd. He serves the best food with an even better smile.
Loved my stay and will come again. "
