"Der Komfort der Zimmer ist einfach doch nützlich. Kofferbock und Garderobe mit Kleiderhaken machen es leicht Bekleidung aufzubewahren. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und bemüht. Der Koch ist hervorragend, die Küche alleine mit der guten Auswahl an nationalen und internationalen Biersorten die Wahl des Standorts wert. Wein hab ich wegen der Hitze zu Pfingsten nicht konsumiert, die Karte sah aber sehr attraktiv aus."

The communal hallways could do with a little maintenance, but the rooms are lovely and by FAR exceeded expectations of 3 star accommodation. Parking is also free which is hard to come by! "Wonderful quirky 500 year old pub at Eton, literally a stones throw from Windsor Castle and environs, so an easy walk to everything. Great to have parking and the breakfast included was lovely. Very friendly staff behind the bar. Special feeling staying in a historic pub with its own character. Don't worry about the planes going overhead as they have a curfew in the evenings!!"
