"Comfy bed. Outstanding shower in room and coffee machine which seems to be less common these days. Really helpful and friendly staff. Work is going on in hotel but did not affect my comfort at all. Spa and gym classes were all booked up, I came on a whim so didn’t prebook anything. They fit me in for a facial which was outstanding. "Upgraded so real bonus. Room beautiful (25) also bathroom. Only niggles were toilet roll holder too close to toilet - awkward to use when sitting down. Plus tea and coffee facilities in lobby of room so a bit chilly in the morning when wanting to make tea plus the door squeaked (wouldn't stay open) everytime you went in and out so bit annoying"

"This hotel was beautifully located right before the Westminster Bridge with stunning views of Big Ben and the London Eye. We were also only a few minutes walk to Waterloo station. Very convenient location. Would stay here again. "
