"Decent room. Front receptionist when we checked in was very friendly and gave us recommendations where to eat and also gave us coupons for the Capilano suspension bridge. Room was decent size, had welcome notes, and complimentary snacks and water. Ac unit was not super loud, I liked how we can also open the window for fresh air. Pool was small, but it was clean and I liked how we were pretty much the only ones using the pool, kids enjoyed it. The employees working the breakfast shift were always on top of everything, making sure it was always stocked, tables cleaned, and offered water at each table. I wish they had more fresh fruits offered tho. I do like how they had a to go bag if needed and that we could ask for gluten free bread and cereal. Location wise it’s great. Metrotown connected to the mall, can easily access Walmart, superstore, dollar store, TNT and lots of food options nearby. Sky train just across the street and plenty of parking underground. It was that there was laundry for $2 however the machine broke down while I had clothes in there and it took forever for my clothes to dry as our clothes were soaking wet. They did compensate me for the coins I had to use for 2 washes and multiple times I had to dry the clothes that weren’t washed properly. Staff were friendly."

"The room was clean and staff were friendly. Our only problem was that the toilet flushed slowly lol. Bartender was super sweet, he was from Turkey. The restaurant manager was wonderful and professional. I hope you’re able to sell enough lobster and steak dinners to report back to you son lol. This hotel and staff was over all a great experience!"

"Immaculate room. Excellent layout. Adequate bedding and towels. Very private. Shower with sitting area was nice, full tub would be even better. Front desk staff was polite and hardworking. Would I stay again? Absolutely!"
