"球場の中のホテル！サイコーでした！試合のない日に泊まりました。それでも大勢の人が訪れていて、散策やショッピング、グルメを堪能していました。お部屋は野球場に来ていることを実感する内装になっていて、さらに温泉やサウナも楽しめる夢のような場所でした。朝食は部屋食、可愛らしい容器で用意されていてパンとボリュームのあるサラダですが、満足できる量でした。スタッフの笑顔に癒され、温泉で癒され、特別な空間でリフレッシュできました。ここでしかできない貴重な体験でした。なかなか予約できないけれど、また来たいと思います。"

"スーツケースを下に置きたくないので、スーツケースラックがほしい。フロントに聞きたいことがあっても電話も電話番号もないのでフロントに行くかメールでの対応なので時間がかかりすぎる。朝食会場で30分待ち、案内されてブッフェを取りに行くとサラダが何もなく補充もされない。店員さんは凄く忙しそうで余裕がなくコーヒーを頼むのにも気をつかう。朝食を食べるだけで1時間40分くらいかかり、エスコンフィールドの先行入場に間に合わなかった"
