"Silver Lake is a beautiful location and having cabins to rent on the lake side is pretty special. The cabins are old and rather quirky, but you can over look some inconveniences, like luke warm water, missing chairs for dining, no plugs in the sinks and even a mouse in your room. But when we checked in they charge me for the room even though I had paid for it . I had to find my credit card bill to show I had paid for the room. Once I showed them my credit card statement they refunded the money...

"This is a no office self check in service. I was looking around for a front office for a good 12 mins. I found out when I called the phone number thru Yelp. Place is clean but parking is very small. The interior is fully renovated. Can’t watch tv bec it needed a wifi signal. Other than that it’s all good for the price"

"We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Very spacious room with a furnished balcony overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Wonderful restaurant (Elements) walking distance and we got a coupon for a discount there. Plenty of parking and great housekeeping staff."
