"They allow dogs but charge $75/night for them (not mentioned) and then require that you not leave them alone in the room so that meant room service for me. Then the coffee maker was broken in the room so more room service."

"I booked a room on Expedia as a non-smoking king size room. When I checked in they gave a smoking room king size and was told that since I booked through a third party this is what I had to take. Not thrilled and the room and floor smelled terrible. Room service was not offered so I had to beg the staff for clean towels and wash clothes for the second night. Overall the hotel and casino was nice but not thrilled with the resort fee charges that everyone seems to be getting away with nowadays."

"Our experience here was exemplary. Jennifer and Austin at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, funny and very helpful. The premiere king room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, tastefully preserving both the character of the old hotel and offering modern upgrades.
