"Very clean!"

"We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...

"Arrived around 11:30pm after a long day of traveling and wasn't able to check into my room. The key fob to my room was not working and I returned to the front desk twice to see about getting it fixed with no solution given. I ended up having to call up another hotel to get a room for the evening as I don't think I would have been able to get into my room at this hotel."

"Newly remodeled, still ongoing renovation. Continental breakfast is served . Staff were very nice. The sheets were a little old and carpet still outdated but I m sure they will work on it. It’s right beside the river and our room has balcony which is pretty awesome. The only thing is I booked a king size bed. It is available in Expedia but when we get tot he hotel , it is fully booked and ended up with 2 queen size bed and no refund of some sort. All in all the stay was great"
