"The staff was friendly and helpful at check in. Both the property and the room were clean. Breakfast was limited continental."

"The air barely worked in the hotel room. Never got below 73°, even had maintenance out and they "fixed" it....it changed nothing. The pool had lots of bugs and debris floating. Hotel room table had peeling finish someone had just tried to tape down. Not worth the money charged."

"The property breakfast was really good and many choices to choose from. However, I was given a handicapped room that I didn’t ask for and the shower experience was really terrible. My family and I were not able to shower properly due to to the way the shower water rain all over the floor."

"Visible of poor maintenance and upkeep. The a/c unit needs maitenance, room smelled of smoke and alcohol, and the bedding smelled. We were tired and just kept the reservation but did not shower due to the linens and uncleaniness."

"Clean hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at. We would definitely stay again when passing through. Nothing negative to speak of but if I had to improve one thing it would be the parking situation. I’m assuming this will improve once the other Marriott across the parking lot is finished being built."

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The table needed to be updated, but not bad. Loved the pool and large room for games and such. Also, a very nice large firepit out back for all guest to enjoy. My husband and I will visit again."

"The check-in process and check-out process was fantastic and the staff was extremely informative about the property. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning and was well maintained by the workers on shift. Finally, the amenities were great with the balcony and communal pool/fire pit area being excellent as well. Tough to find a better property compared to Twin Mountain Inn and Suites, so let the staff and property accommodate your Pigeon Forge expedition!"

"Room was clean, nothing extravagant but okay for a night. We weren’t able to bring our luggage in as there were told there were no rooms available on the bottom floor and no elevators. Makes it difficult on people who are handicapped. The man at the desk didn’t seem to care."
