Extremely clean, automatic shade control, roll-in shower with bench, new large refrigerator with freezer, new mattress and furnishings (tables, lamps, chair, tv, closet, and stand alone shelves). The outside of property also newly renovated with open grassy recreational areas with picnic tables, adirondak chairs, a soccer goal, and a basketball hoop in spacious parking area.
