"We were put into a room that had not been cleaned. The bed was a mess, like someone just rolled out of it, towels on the floor, soap open on the sink, smoke detector had tape over it as if to hide smoke. The front desk lady was very nice. Worked to get us into a clean room. Second rooms faucet didn’t work. So she moved us to another area of the hotel. The third room was clean and she was very apologetic. "

"I didn't see a continental breakfast nor was 1 offered. I also didn't get the free adult beverage. The hotel didn't offer unlimited snacks in the room and had popcorn or candy downstairs nightly. The candy jars were usually empty byt the front desk was great about giving my daughter some when she asked"

"Had a smooth weekend until my watch was stolen out of my room. Left my watch on the bathroom counter in the room. Went back 30 minutes later and it was not there. Security was on the room before me to see if it was there and it was not. Room cleaner also said it was not there. A claim is being initiated. Will keep everyone posted."

"The property location is great and the building and room is in great shape. There were some minor details that are unexpected. Some light bulbs were burned out, some outlets didn’t work in the room and the scale also was very dirty and had a dead battery. The housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating, but some of the other staff wre not that friendly, and when I needed to use a bottle opener (there wasn’t one in my room) I had to talk the front desk into bringing one to my room, and when...

"Hotel location was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good you have to pay for it. There isn’t a continental breakfast but the food was fresh and cooked well. "

"THE PROPERTY WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN.. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELP FULL.. I DIDNT LIKE THE PARKING SITUATION.. THEY GIVE YOU AN OPTION TO PARK ON THE STREET, IF YOU DO SO YOU HAVE TO PUT MONEY IN THE METER EVERY 2 HOURS TO AVOID GETTING A PARKING TICKET. THEY FAILED TO TELL US PARKING WAS FREE FROM 8PM TO 8AM.. ALSO DIDNT TELL US PARKING WAS FREE ALL DAY SUNDAY. THE OTHER 2 OPTIONS WERE PARK IT WITH THERE VALLET FOR $54 A NIGHT AND YOU CAN COME AND GO AS YOU PLEASE WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE....
