"bathrooms were cleaned regularly, loved the private toilet, shower, sink set up. loved getting water and ice easily. room small as expected but very comfy bed, slept great. great location, T stops 8 or 11 minute walk. very friendly staff, great coffee at the small cafe loved the hot water and microwave bottom floor to make oatmeal rate no fridge in the room but small bags of ice worked as needed Saturday pm the Spy Bar was loud but not bad up on the 5th floor we would stay again!!!"

"I never saw where breakfast was supposed to be served, the coffee in the room was terrible. I use Green Mountain at home but it tasted totally different, not sure why. Maid left an envelope for a tip but my room was never cleaned. Wastebaskets were emptied, but bed wasn't made, towels were not picked up or changed. I asked for ice at the front desk so I could ice a bad foot. It never came in the 2 hours I waited. Asked again when I got back after a cocktail party, finally arrived a 1/2 hour...

"It was stressful that after paying for the hotel we had to wait in line the day of to buy pool tickets to hopefully get them. We were not allowed to purchase them at check in. It was the only reason we booked the trip. If it sold out we would have been out of luck and there wouldn’t have been anything for the kids to do. "

"Great location, wonderful desk staff, beautifully presented common areas and a lovely room. Not much more to say as I arrived at 5pm, went out at 6, got in at midnight and then left early the. Ext morning after a short sleep. But… I would stay again in a heartbeat if the price was right! Sadly, the two times I’ve been back to Boston since, the price has been over double the normal, but if you get somewhere under or around 200 bucks, it’s a no-brainier!"

"The hotel checkout was at 11am and our flight was 7:45 pm. The hotel allowed us to leave our baggage in a locked room in the lobby. That way we could continue to explore the city with the time we had left. They also have a large lobby with many couches that we were able to relax on until it was time to leave for our flight. This hotel was very comfortable, convenient and accommodating to every need."

"Remodeling was underway that made a lot of noise until 7-8pm, old elevator was making another clicking noise and another noise from the road came into the room. Wifi was down on the second day. I agree it is an affordable option in the Boston downtown, but you will need to sacrifice some. "
