"Specific unit required serious maintenance and upkeep. Cold showers. Three codes required to enter the building. Elevator was loud and concerning. Carpet was sticky and gross to walk around barefoot. Sixth floor unit windows were closed and so poor that you could hear conversations happening at Street level. Right above a bus stop, cars honking, people exiting bars yelling, Barely slept with two nights. Never write bad reviews, but felt compelled because the experience was so bad."

The check-in should be smooth but I had booked an early check in, called 6 weeks prior to arrival to confirm, received an email confirmation and called again to confirm an early check in, and had to sit in the lobby while the company that handles check in told the woman at the desk I was lying and didn’t have one like I didn’t have the paperwork to prove it. "The staff was great. The walls are really thin so I heard both the couple to my left and right well into the night. I had a slight problem at checkout because I had paid Expedia for my stay but somehow the transaction never posted to my reservation at the hotel. It took over an hour to remedy this but that was on Expedia, not the facility. "

"Pros: Easy access to nearby seashore, bike trails, etc. Cottages are very quiet and private. Cons: Cottages receive no maid service at all during your stay, and guests are expected to clean their own cottage before their departure. Overall a nice place, but the lack of any service at all was a disappointment."

"This hotel is spotless and very comfortable. The rooms are well decorated, not fancy, but modern. I gave it 4 stars because it was very noisy-- lots of kids running down the hall, and I could hear voices in the rooms on both sides of me. I had to turn my white noise on loud to drown it out."
