"This place was awesome. The breakfasts were over the top good. The staff could not have been any more helpful, especially the poor valets in the heat, they were always so happy, pleasant and helpful. I think a rating of 10 is to low"

"The hotel AC was not working, the room that we booked and even after we changed the room , nothing was working for us . It was so hot , we can’t even sleep properly. This hotel should work on their AC cooling system."

"A very cute hotel. Quiet rooms, soft beds, chique lobby, checkout at 12, cold water with lemon free to use. The shower, especially the one with a hose, was a little run down but okay."

"It’s a nice hotel downtown in the financial district. The rooms we had (we had to shift) were nice enough and not cramped. The hotel was noisy however. We moved after street noise and construction kept my wife awake. The second room was also noisy with street activity and later trucks. Location is solid."

"Great location to explore Boston! You can hear traffic, so we were glad to have our sound machines. Would stay here again. Also, the valet service made parking very easy."
