"On arrival our room was ready and we were invited to check in 3 hours early! Unheard of but much appreciated! Front desk staff were ALl gracious and helpful. The room was sparkling clean and beautifully appointed…lots of thoughtful built in touches. On the downside: The “Lifted” restaurant on the 5th floor was an awful experience. Go there if you want to know what it’s like to eat in a college campus cafeteria…so loud you need to read lips to talk to the server or your dining partner. You’ll be...

"The hotel AC was not working, the room that we booked and even after we changed the room , nothing was working for us . It was so hot , we can’t even sleep properly. This hotel should work on their AC cooling system."

"Pro: Front desk staffs and lifeguards are great. Cons: The room isn’t clean! We found a lollipop stick on top of the bed frame (it shows housekeeper isn’t carefully checking) and a tiny spider. Housekeeper took our used towels but didn’t replace new ones. Didn’t refill water bottles, didn’t refill bathroom essentials! We are kinda disappointed in the water park, not much to do except lazy river. There is only 1 pool, pretty small."

"This place was clean and middle of the shopping centers. Good spots for taking the train in three steps and it takes you everybody. Love the atmosphere. Everything was excellent!"

"convenient short drive from Boston with less traffic over Bourne Bridge. great location with pristine calm and warm water beach. great staff helping get settled on the beach with chairs and umbrella. fortunate to select room with patio first floor which was convenient. rooms were fine nothing scary or amazing. service at bar was quick. food services were slow and basic. great value"

"Great location- clean- great staff. Breakfast was a NIGHTMARE. Empty bowls of food - food dropped everywhere- long lines for the toaster- only 1 boiled egg- no fresh fruit or yogurt. No seats dirty tables. For such a great hotel- the breakfast was a huge disappointment."
