"Property is under construction which impacted lobby.
Elevator use was terrible … not efficient and not adequate for the great number of guests. We had to use stairs To go down to lobby from 11 th floor twice during a 1 night stay!
Although great location I would not return due to the poor crowd management and elevators!"

"Originally booked a room facing the lake. (Which we were excited about, since it was our 1st ever visit to NYC). Upon arrival they let us know that they had "maintenance issues" with our room and sent us to a different room. What a bummer..
Everything else was great! 5 stars for allowing visitors to check their bags in while they explore!
(dont forget to tip those gentlemen) they were great! Clean hotel, friendly, and worth staying"

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "Excellent staff, the location is superb and the rooftop bar was very nice. The room was somewhat clean- bedding and bathroom, but the wall had something smeared on it- food I hope.. also our TV did not work as it said the “internet connection was weak” so maybe a loose connection? Overall it was good for the location but we will try a different one next time for the $250/night price point. "
