East Tulsa Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Hotel is overall quite dated. No phone in room which made Room Service so difficult that I never received my dinner. Police had to be called due to person in next room seemingly trying to get in my room via the adjoing door. Which that patron stated they thought was a closet. The amount of shaking they did to door made this seem very suspect. Front desk seemed unbothered by my extremely frightful experience. Told me there is an entire bank of rooms that have no phone. Maintenance was called because air conditioner was not cooling. He admitted once there they turn some switch OFF to cause this. He turned on and room eventually cooled. I was charged for parking and had NO vehicle on property. Overall, stay somewhere else for a pleasant stay. "

"Staff needs to make sure they are cleaning the rooms better because. There was pubic hair on toilet seat. And hair on bottom of shower and they bathroom smells of musty smell and the room floor was wet. And smelled of wet dog! "

"We got a suite so my son can sleep on the pull out. There was no extra blankets or pillows for it. We had to check in at 10pm due to a delayed flight, when we came downstairs around 1030pm to get the extra blankets there was no one working. We had to take the flat sheet off our bed so our son would have a blanket. Frustrating we paid for the suite with no blankets for the pull out. The coffee wasn’t that great. "

"The staff were okay. The whole place is in a state of neglect. Missing trim on walls and doors, door knobs broken, beat up looking AC units, unkept hallways and stairwell, faulty elevator. We had to change rooms because the AC wasnt working. The tub didnt frain completely. Not what we expected from a La Quinta property. I do not recommend."
