"Room never got cold"

"Room service never came to bring us towels. The ad was misleading by saying they had a breakfast buffet thinking it was included with the stay. The staff gave us a bill as soon as we sat down. The pool was lukewarm and the pool room felt like a sauna"

"Nice, inexpensive place to stay."

"We stayed here for the pool but it was closed for maintenance most of the time we were there. The maintenance guy was very nice and made a big effort to fix the problem with the pool. Front desk staff was nonchalant and very unhelpful about the broken coffee maker but the cleaners tried to help us out. We had to go buy our own coffee maker though. Breakfast buffet was awesome, as were the catering staff."

"Although the front desk told me the hotel was basically empty the night we arrived, we were nevertheless put in a smaller room on the second floor with a rooftop just outside our windows - facing the garage. I was not told there would not be housekeeping the next day and did not have any clean towels."
