The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. "

The carpet was torn and stained, not clear the sheets were clean, no towels, the towel rack was hanging off the wall as was the tissue holder, no glasses or cups, there was an extra (dented) refrigerator in the room. It would probably have failed any health or accommodation codes."
