Hotel Perniagaan di East Side

"Room 136 was so humid that my passport curled up. My clothes were soaked. The washroom floor had a film of water on it from the humidity in the room and the ceiling was also wet from the humidity. I woke up soaked from head to toe in the morning because the air conditioner didn't do it's job. Got moved to room 146 and it was much better as the air conditioning worked well... Or so I thought. It did not turn off throughout the night and the room was 65 degrees Fahrenheit in the morning. ...

"The restaurant food was very good. Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfy. Only issues were that the freezer compartment of the fridge had clearly not been defrosted for ages and the thermostat cover was broken. Would mostly recommend and would stay here again."

"Room service never came to bring us towels. The ad was misleading by saying they had a breakfast buffet thinking it was included with the stay. The staff gave us a bill as soon as we sat down. The pool was lukewarm and the pool room felt like a sauna"

"The rooms were smelling of smoke. The hotel manager knew that due to renovation half the rooms were smelly and refused to give us a room in the other half. With the heat and smokey environment it was not a pleasant experience. Further they were out of breakfast at 8:00 AM even though they advertise as 6:00-9:00 AM. No one was around to help with the food."

"Room felt damp - sheets and pillows always felt like they were cold or damp an even when turning the AC off. No spare toilet paper or tissues we only stayed for 2 nights."
