"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The customer service was poor from check-in to check-out, with staff showing little interest in addressing our concerns or providing a welcoming experience. The room was not clean upon arrival. We noticed dirty surfaces, an unclean bathroom, and overall poor housekeeping, which made us uncomfortable during our stay. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service."

"The rooms were very clean and maintained daily which is not always the case any longer with many hotels. Air conditioning was working well. Soap and lotion in bathroom was higher end and very nice! Would definitely stay again."

"This is my third time stand at this hotel. The first time was great. Had a nice room great view of the tower of America. Second time OK view of the pool. I do like the location right across the street from H-E-B grocery but this day was probably my worst. My view was of the roof of the air conditioner, which is pretty horrible actually depressing looking out the window and then also the hotel was full of one shelf, teenage girl soccer players who were extremely rude blocking my exit. "The hotel is nice. The staff wasn’t really friendly and getting our car from the valet was a pain. We waited 40 min for the car at one point."

"Location location location. This was a short walk to everything we wanted to do 5-8 min walk. Everyone was so nice from the check in to the cleaning staff to the valets. The only thing that that was a problem was the elevators. Every time the elevators opened they were full and we had to cram in. When we went to check out at 10 am Sunday we waited 30 min for an elevator then finally carried our bags down 7 flights of stairs. So either get up and out early or pack light but we would still stay...

"At first sight the place is beautiful. Perfectly decorated, the rooms spacious, clean environment. They also provided $15 off cards for each day we stayed, very thoughtful and useful.
