Location – The hotel is conveniently located close to the Key West downtown area. What really stood out was the complimentary shuttle service that runs every hour to Downtown/Mallory Square—extremely convenient and saved us from driving and paying for parking. "I would say it's time to remove all carpets. The first unit we had, smelled terrible, like wet clothing. The hotle staff quickly moved us and ensured we were comfortable."

"We loved our stay. The lobby was gorgeous and I’ve never smelled anything more appealing. Pool was great, staff amazing, parking was a little difficult at times but good overall. The only negative was the elevators. Only 1 of 4 was in service and it was slow. Workers and clientele had to use the same elevator which made it a challenge at times. Overall though I would give a 9.8 out of 10."
