"We stayed here for four days and had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Even though we checked in very late—around 2 AM—the receptionist warmly welcomed us and personally escorted us to our room. All our requests were handled promptly and with care. "We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Pondicherry. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Apologies have forgotten the name of the very amicable lady. "Staff are very courteous and helpful. Rooms are in decent shape but can certainly be more clean. Room service on busy days like Friday should be more prompt. It takes forever to get room service delivered. I dont blame the staff but the senior management should have more staff allocated as its a big hotel and I am sure the staff is running around. Please add more staff on busy days. Dont want the staff to be on the receiving end but instead the management should do a better job."
