"I have been staying here for almost seven years. It is close to the airport and inexpensive. The hotel is not fancy, but it is very clean and maintained. Rooms have been fixed and painted freshly sometime recently, so the room looked fresh. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the a/c that I ordered was not possible in the room I was given, but I was given a good discount to make up for that error, and the fan kept things fine overnight. "It’s a very well kept stay. The staff was very approachable and helpful. They do not have a kitchen in the twin bed room unit I stayed in but you can get good ordered via the reception. Basic toiletries are made available. I liked the temple, the green mountain and the street I could see from my balcony."

"The staff are very competent to address guest needs. The property is gated and so secure. But the room walls are somewhat thin, possibly from a tv next door at midnight. "
"Our stay was amazing at the Sheraton. The check-in was very quick. Mr. Bibin at the front desk was very polite and receptive. The whole resort was super clean and the all the staff were very kind and approachable. The evening high tea with snacks was arranged near the beach, with tables arranged along the beachside. It was lovely. The pool was at level 3 and very clean. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. The dinner and the breakfast buffet were amazing with a wide spread of tasty dishes. The beach was clean too, though we could not spend much time at the beach due to high tide. There were appropriate signboards for safety purposes. Overall the stay was amazing! "
"I have no hesitation in recommending this property to stay at if there is a need for you to stay in this area. Currently Chennai is in a bit of a traffic chokehold as they frantically try and build their metro which makes travelling anywhere in Chennai a bit of an ordeal. However this place is an oasis of peace and calm in this chaos. It is close to Marina mall, and Ganga sweet shop is reasonably easy to access if you have transport if you are looking to take indian sweets on your travels. Crossing the road can be done at risk to live and limb, much as any other Indian city ! The rooms were good, good AC. Standard TV fare for India, with BBC World and french world tv available. Staff attentive. I needed a late check out room for which they charged half the room rate if occupying until 18.00. Breakfast fine; didn't use pool or gym; pool is 2 ft deep at one end and 4ft at the other.We ate from the a la carte menu and what we chose was decent. It is about an hour from the airport."
