"Overall everything was good and our butler Alan was amazing and Sarita was very helpful. The issues that we had were 1. the television were in and out as far as server errors and 2. we had an issue with condensation in the living room of our suite. When we first arrived we complained about how cold the rooms were not knowing that the temperature they had the thermostat on helped control the condensation. We turned the thermostat off in our bedroom and had no issues with condensation so we couldn’t enjoy the living room area because it was to cold and we didn’t want to touch the thermostat again after maintenance told us why it needed to stay at 16c in order for us not to wake up to a wet floor so although we had a lovely suite we could only relax in our bedroom or balcony."

"Great stay for families. Upon checking in we were given the wrong reservation. On day 3 our bracelet fobs became inactive, which resulted is in having to walk all the way back to the service desk to get them reactivated. Staff wasn’t very helpful. Not a very good stay. Check out was much simpler."

"El servicio al cliente de los meseros fue malo, ya que ellos no atendían a tienpo o se quejaban y lo hacían saber. El personal en varias ocaciones lo escuchamos discutiendo con otros empleados. La calidad de los jugos muy baja, sabia a jugos de sobres de colmados, en ls habitacion se le olvidó la toalla al momento de cambiar las sábanas."
