"This was our second trip here, both times we have had the room with the rooftop lounge/hottub. Staff are very polite, nice and helpful. Never had an issue with staff or the facilities. Our room was pretty warm, but after speaking with the butler, it was addressed and it was a bit cooler, not great but certainly cooler. The other issue was the water pressue in the shower. with the rainfall shower head it's not getting any pressure at all. And 2 days we had to use the hottub to bath in because there was zero hot water coming out. Not that it wasnt hot enough, but just not hot water. The water pressure both of those times were just a trickle; but i found that if we showered a later or ealier times it was much better. I just chocked it up to busy shower times. I didnt let that overshadow our vacation, but it was a low point. Drinks are awesome, food was descent-pretty good. I like that tipping is appreciated by all, but never expected. What i mean is that you dont get service based on if or how much you tip and no one stands around waiting on a time. It's just good service as long as the bar or restraunt is open. Very nice people and clean facilities and nightly shows are great fun to see. beautiful picture taking opportunities, I recomend hireing the phtographer for a session. Pay for only the pics you want or a package deal. I would go again and will. Second time here and 2 times at a differnt resort in Punta Cana. 4 years in a row. We love it."
