"Great location and great “hotel”. There are so many open spots to sit on the property too! About a mile walk to the “1am exciting bars” but really they are everywhere. Only thing we would like to see different is a little More spunk in the rental. Add some art or even a mirror would be nice! "

"We were really happy with this hotel and would stay here again every time. The location wasn't right in the heart of touristy Austin, and that was for the better. The neighborhood had plenty of dining/drink options with an easy walk, and the drive to the hotspots wasn't hard at all. We didn't have issues with noise, even with the light rail and a school next to the property. The room was huge, well appointed, and quiet/dark when we needed it. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Well stocked, tons of options. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Parking is a little expensive, yes, but we were happy not to have to search for street options (that being said, parking didn't seem too hard in the neighborhood)"

"A hidden gem! We couldn't have asked for anything more! Jen and Vicki were so attentive and courteous and took the time to chat when we would see them as we were heading in/out for the day. Centrally located to so many attractions. From restaurants to museums all within 10 miles. The parking on-site was limited to a few spots, but we were aware of this beforehand. Only once did we have to park off-site, but it was a well lit lot and parking was validated. The small courtyard was beautiful with hanging lights which gave a wonderful ambiance. The gate was secure and needed a keypad to enter. We took full advantage of the outside seating, especially since it was 40 degrees when we left home in Chicago. We relaxed and enjoyed a specialty coffee in the open lounge area which they have on each floor. They have books, games and flavored sparkling water. Our room was immaculate and we loved how it was decorated. Oh my gosh was the bed comfortable! We sunk into the soft sheets with the down pillows and comforter (made it really hard to want to get up, lol) The bathroom was large and the shower had a rain shower head and lots of hot water. The cleaning staff did an amazing job and they were so nice and friendly. We have no doubt we'll be coming back to Austin and know exactly where we'll be staying! Thank you Vicki!
