"My wife and I stayed here in May 2025. We loved it, and would definitely stay here again, if we were in the area. The inn itself was great, but Martha (the hostess) was the real highlight of this place. She was very welcoming, and certainly had a servant's heart. The breakfast she made was outstanding. And the cookies were delicious, too! The room we stayed in was very good (including the bathroom), and we loved sitting on the front porch during our first night there. The view of the mountains...

"Good room price. Easy access from I81. Bathroom was very clean but the room could’ve been cleaned better. Rug was dirty. Rooms are nice but dated. Our room was not ready when we checked in at about 4:30pm. The desk clerk Alex was super friendly and accommodating and took care of us by moving us to the biggest double queen room in the hotel without raising our room rate which I had paid in advance. "The manager and staff members are professional, courteous, responsive and very helpful. The propery is nice and quiet, and impeccably clean. We had a room with a king bed – the room was spacious and spotless. The bathroom was also spotless and included everything we needed. Great shower pressure. "

"I was told locals aren't allowed to rent at this property. And the pool was closed with no warning. I was still allowed to check bit was quickly pushed aside for a customer i suppose was an "out of towner""
