"This is an aging dog of a hotel. If you need a place to sleep and then move on, this might be it. But truly, it was awful. Building is in bad shape, the A/C in our room burnt up and smelled so we changed rooms from a King bed to the only other room avialable. The staff didn't know the difference between a full size (double) bed and a Queen bed. Two people on a full sized bed just didn't work and not for our planned four-day stay! We stayed that one more night because we were exhausted and...

"At check-in it was pointed out that I had reserved a handicapped room, which I did not do. Apparently the travel app that I used chose that room, and the manager switched it to a regular room for me. Maybe someone who really needed that room would come in. The manager also signed me up for the Hilton Honors program, so next time I will use that to book my stay. The rooms are very clean thanks to the cleaning staff who come in every other day to provide fresh towels, make the bed, and tidy up."

"Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. "

"Called 2 hours after checking out of the hotel, and asked a staff member to retrieve my childs retainer they forgot. Front desk would do nothing but "make a note" for housekeeping. It was sitting in a paper bowl right next to the sink, out in the open. Not covered, not hidden, simple task. Housekeeping just threw it away. Now its costing me $500 to replace them. Yes my ADHD child didn't do as they were told, and that falls on us. But the lack of any proper assistance by the staff is unexcusable....

"Great place to stay. Great Pool and Hot tub, However the flooring by the pool/Hot tub was very slippery. My suggestion don't use the tile that is in there but a pool side rougher material. So you do not end up with a lawsuit from someone slipping. Other than that, we really were pleased with our stay."

We had also observed a group of men along the buildings exterior that were partying. When we arrived in the room it wreaked of pot. We returned downstairs and asked to cancel our reservation. We felt very uncomfortable"
