"Our stay was pleasant enough for the purpose of an overnight sleep before a flight from LTN airport in the morning. The service from the staff was excellent at check in & check out & also when we needed some fruit cutting. The bathroom was very clean but the bedside cabinets & lamps next to the beds were dusty. The mattresses in our room definitely need replacing as you could feel the springs. Overall though it was acceptable for the value."

"An ideal overnight stopover for access to the airport at a competitive price. The room was adeqyfor my purpose. Clean and comfortable. There was a bath with an overhead shower. The room has basic facilities but effectively this was just somewhere to get my head down for a few hours before my flight. I parked in Library Road car park which was supposed to be pay on exit. However the barriers didn't seem to be working and I was charged just £2. The hotel car park is £15 per night apparently. Tea and coffee are free in the reception so I grabbed one to go."

"Dusty corridors due to construction works within the hotel. Rooms acoustic are poor, we had our room on the ground floor and could hear everything from the floor above, footsteps and conversations. Not ideal if you want to rest. Only large towel provided no face/hand towel. Heating system is sluggish, it took a few hours to get the room heated from 16° to 20°, electricic heater on the wall couldn't be used as it was dirty and emanated burnt smell when switched on."

"This is a halfway house for druggies! We had 5 rooms for workers and they refused to stay another night!! First night one of the guys had a spaced out girl just randomly come in to his room and sat on his bed."

"Very nice hotel .The bedroom was really small. I gound ghe bed to be most uncomfortable and the mattress was like a brick . When i mentioned this to the guy on the reception he didn't want to know and was very unhelpful. I ended off with a really sore back. "
