"Amazing location, decent sized rooms. Extremely easy to check in and helpful staff"

"Hotel and room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness. Great location for flights as only a 5 minute walk to bag drop. Room was extremely hot. Air con worked but was so unbelievably loud you could not sleep with it on. This led to a very short amount of sleep and with an important meeting the next day this was a disaster. Sad to say I don’t think I can recommend staying here."

"This was our third stay here and it didn't feel as good this time. Room was nice but would have benefited from a deep clean. Pool is great but jacuzzi was out of order and every time we collected a pool key card it didn't work and we had to traipse back to reception. Breakfast options are good, but things ran out and were slow to be replenished, only one coffee machine was working so a big queue, and our table wasn't cleared in the whole time we sat there. Location is helpful as there is parking and then various bus services into the city, or it's a nice walk along the river. Staff very friendly but alot of them were new and unsure of how to do things. "

"Nice clean room, all basic amenities provided apart from the ironing board and iron and hair dryer. Good value for money. The only suggestion I would give is that it would be nice if there was a sachet of hot chocolate mix in the room for when you are staying with kids so they can enjoy a warm drink too. But all I'm all it was a nice stay"

"Second stay. This time for 2 nights. With our Boston Terriers again. Perfect for pets and food was great."

"It my friends special birthday so this was a treat. Room was lovely. Went to the loo & there was a poo in the loo. The fridge smelt of fish. Complained & was told they will see if they could move us. After an hour sent to reception. They finally moved us, to an updated room. A lovely suite. Go into bathroom to find bin full of the last persons rubbish. The whole point to take my friend there was to take her to the spa. Which wasn’t open until the day we left."
