"I had to contact the front desk twice for the heat not working. They had to send a maintenance person to the room twice. It still continued to not work through the night, the room was very cold. I woke up with a runny nose and coughing."

"Home2 Suites is my go-to hotel and this one in Durham is no exception. Everything was as expected. The amenities were fantastic, better than most! Breakfast was the best! The staff was friendly! The hotel was like brand new! I'll be back when I'm in the area!"

"We stayed there for $450 for 2 nights during UNC graduation. First, there was roaches in the bathroom. My family that stayed in the adjacent room had roaches too, so this clearly was not a one off. Secondly, when I ran the water for the bath it was brown for at least 30 seconds. Which probably explains why the tub was so dirty. Other annoyance was the floors were uneven. The laid cheap lament and did not think to level it before. This is definitely not a place I would ever stay again. "
