"We were lectured by the front desk when we checked in about using a third party to book our room. When housekeeping did our room, they did not replenish toilet paper or provide enough towels. The room is fair but very dark and cold feeling. Not impressed with this “4 star” hotel."

"The room is not cleaned well, there was contact lens of last customer left in the night stand and I reached out to the customer service. They offered to change a room but I refused due to kids live in the next door. I repeatedly ask them to clean the room again and change all the sheets as this finding was very uncomfortable. All the answer I got was they did do the house cleaning and no apologies. In the second day, I found another lens next to the phone, which means they only removed the one I noticed and not even clean the night stands throughly! The hotel is located in a beautiful campus and the building is great. But this experience was very disappointing regarding a four star hotel. Watch out when you check in."

"Did not expect all the rooms to house dogs,or have dogs in the dining area, or the pool,even though it states no dogs in the pool. Pool was not as well kept as expected and the temperature was too cold. Not sure if that was a deterrent for people not to use."

"The room was comfortable and had air conditioning. Halls and walkways were free of debris. "

"We go to Durham to visit our daughter at school there, and we just sleep and shower there. This hotel is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Staff is nice. Covered parking for $0-$5/night depending on which platform you reserve with. "
