The room was comfortable and easy to get to as it was right off the highway. The breakfast buffet was well stocked although the seating was a bit limited. The central air in the building was out during my stay, but the AC in the room wasn’t affected. There was definitely easy parking and easy to get to other places in the Durham area.

Upon check in, I was told that I only booked one room (I booked two). After 20 minutes on the phone with Expedia, the staff member was corrected. Fire alarm went off about an hour into our stay. As people headed for the exits, the staff member at the front counter stopped everyone, said it was a false alarm. Decent options for breakfast. Pancake maker was out of order, but breakfast staff were very friendly. Comfortable beds.

The staff are so friendly, the entire hotel is spotless, the breakfast is very good. I have been here twice for Duke visits and will definitely be back. The only issue was the air in the lobby area and breakfast area is not working, hopefully it is being repaired. But it won’t keep me from returning.

The staff were very friendly. From the moment of arrival I was greeted with a smile.The room was clean and cool which was great since it felt like a heat wave was outside. Overall would stay again especially since it’s right by the highway making it easy to come and go. Will say though you can’t hear the cars passing by the only problem was you gotta take a little drive to get some food or even get to a store.

The hotel was easy to find from the interstate. Our room was well taken care of and we had plenty of space for our stay. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated that we were not disturbed by loud noises. Suggestion: The two flower urns by the front entrance had plastic flowers rather than live plants. We understand that North Carolina presently has drought conditions, but the plastic plants do look a bit tacky.
