"We stayed for 1.5 nights. Check-in was somewhat unfriendly, and there was hair on the room floor, but staff addressed it promptly. The room was smaller than expected, though the rate was good. The concierge was a man named Frank & he was the nicest most helpful of all the staff. Check-out staff were pleasant even at 4.50am in the morning. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The temperature control in the room is easily operated & quiet.

"This place is a HACK if you’re staying in Dublin. Right underneath the main city of Dublin and close walk to all major historical sites (St Stephen’s Green, Temple Bar Area, Liberties).
Not only were the rooms fairly spacious for city stay but they have a pub downstairs with the BEST price on food and drink in Dublin. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area. Will be back."
"Great location, next door to the RDS, close to the US Embassy and down the street from one of the finest Chinese restaurants in the city of Dublin. Several city buses stop at the RDS, so getting to the center of the city is a breeze. Hotel staff very friendly and efficient. Food is outstanding, extensive breakfast selection. Rooms are clean but not soundproof. Parking beneath the hotel, €15 per night. Not inexpensive, but worth it."
