"The hotel was great! Clean rooms and hallways, staff was phenomenal and got us in our room early. Would definitely stay again! "

"The shower in our room was leaking during the entire stay so every time we used it, the entire bathroom was floored. Underneath the bed was filthy with dirt and dust. The floors were sticky to the point where we had to wear our shoes the entire time. We asked the cleaning staff to clean the floor but it seems like they only quickly swept. "

"A real modern hotel where the Staff were polite, helpful and welcoming, the room was serviced daily. The room was comfortable with pretty much all you need for a stay away, room fitted out with Tech on the Tv so you can stream your favourite service such as Netflix etc if you wish, Electric curtains and lights all controlled from a touch sensitive keypad, great location for a visit to Dublin, just far enough away from the Chaos to have a restful stay but close enough to walk if you wish to be involved. Would definitely recommend and would stay again, thanks!"

"Staff were very friendly, able to drop our bags prior to check in and leave after check out. Room was a good size (king room) clean and had everything we needed, except normal tea bags but I didn’t ask for any so I’m sure we could have got some. Close enough the Temple bar that we could walk and a taxi back was €10. Breakfast we didn’t add on and paid on the morning, table service which was strange for a continental breakfast but the food was very good. "

"The premises of the hotel are beautiful, but we had such a bad sleep in our room. The room was way too hot when we first arrived. We thought we had figured out the thermostat to get it cooled off, only to return to the room to have it boiling hot again. We called staff on our 2nd day because it was too late in the evening the first night, and they helped fix our issue. But other problems kept occurring… the air would blow directly on either myself or my daughter. It was very uncomfortable to sleep, either too hot or too cold. Also on our first day of arrival, we had problems with both our shower and our sink, another call for support. The maintenance man came and told us our sink stopper was broken (we couldn’t open it) and that he would return in an hour. He never came back. So we had to brush our teeth in the bathtub. We also couldn’t get the shower to operate. Finally, after an hour of fighting with the shower, I finally got it to work. It had been tightened closed so much that it was stuck. We called again the next day another maintenance man came and had to use a screwdriver to free the stopper in the sink. Also, the mattresses in the beds were so soft that we would sink in them, to the point that it contributed to the bad sleep, heat and cool problems, and aches and pains. I have to say, for such a beautiful hotel, this was a freakishly alarming amount of odd circumstances. We felt so stupid, also as seasoned travelers, having to call the front desk so many times!"
