"The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details. "

"Great location. It was fine for just one night. The deadbolt didn’t lock, and the safe didn’t work. The room felt more cramped as there was a slated wall on one side (severely limited standing room and space for luggage). It was nice they left snacks and some bottled water in the fridge for guest use. Again, we were there less than 24 hours, and it suited our purposes."

"Worst decision ever to go with this stay. - lift no working , I had to take my luggages up and down 4 floors. - no trash bin, tooth brush - the front door doesn’t work with the card sometimes so I have to wait until someone comes by - my room door does not lock - 0 soundproof walls and windows. "It is surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The location couldn’t be more perfect, it gave us a reason to go on walks to get to places instead of taking public transportation or driving. It came fully stocked with supplies from coffee, tea, cleaning materials and cooking utensils to make your short or longer stays. We struggled finding the reception at first since some of the buildings looked very similar, but eventually, we were able to find our way."
