"The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details. "

"The apartment was exactly as described and check-in and check-out was smooth. The area is walkable and there are several shops around. The only detail is that they don't leave soap for the washing machine or dish washer, or any coffee, all of which are standard in this type of accommodation. "

"It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer. It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre. The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. When people entered the building the door opening and closing was very loud. They gave me 1 towel for a 4 night and said they'd charge me €5 for a clean...

"I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location."

"We enjoyed our stay at IFSC apartments. We felt very safe in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The dryer part on the washer/dryer combo didn’t completely dry our clothes but luckily there was a drying rack in the apartment to use. We did appreciate the washer in the room to do laundry during our stay. We liked that the property was very close to the tram stop and to a tesco. "There should be a door to the toilet/ shower not a shower curtain . The water is slow to go down drain from shower so you have to go toilet with water on the floor .you should be able to open the door nearer to the kitchen as there is no extrator fan when cooking this is a health and safety issue "
