"The apartment complex is standard, but it's residential. Unfortunately, there was no access to the swimming pool and the recreational areas as promised (so the discription is un-true). I was not given an access card to the complex until I complained about it. Until then I was dependent on residents to let me into the complex. "

A stranger's mass of hair stuck on the washroom stall, a shower stall that flooded halfway thru a shower, airconditioning not working in the rooms. At every point, the staff tried to BS us saying things like "it takes time for air conditioning to work in Dubai" even though one area was clearly cooler and the other was very hot. "Check in and check out experience was extremely poor. The accommodation was excellent although issue with shower that wasn’t fixed despite me notifying them on day 1. Getting my cash deposit back was ridiculous, I notified them in plenty of time that I’d be checking out/leaving at 9am but they made no effort to return the money until I threatened to complain."
