Not in the best condition

Large rooms and comfy bed. Be aware that there is a lot of construction so don't expect a nice view. Room had damp and mould damage and the team said they'll fix it after I leave and instead just sprayed the room. No upgrade offered. Breakfast was only ok but they overcharged and promised to refund the difference which still hasn't happened. Definitely not a 5 star hotel and not a 5 star experience. More like 3 stars. Check-in service at reception was quite slow I won't be back

It is just bad timing as the construction happening at the backside of the building. It would be OK after the construction is done.

Poor communication

The apartments are modern and equipped nicely, but I could see smudges and foot prints in the bathroom which left me wonder about the level of cleanness. The staff are nice in general but they seems to lack experience such as getting me the wrong room that is not matching my booking and asking me to pay money at checkout out although I paid the full amount in advance before I arrived, which upset me.

L’hôtel est parfait c’est seulement l’emplacement on est obligé d’avoir une voiture où prendre le taxi Penser à mettre l’application Uber ça coûte moins cher que le taxi Et aussi les travaux autour de l’hôtel car c’est un nouveau quartier Les transports en commun ne sont pas du tout pratique environ 1h30 pour ce rendre au premier métro Un grand merci à toute l’équipe 👍
