During over 20 years of travel around the world, often staying in 5 stars hotels, I’ve rarely had such an exceptional customer experience. The staff was always available, a special thanks to Christine and Imad (duty manager), efficient and so friendly. All the staff were incredibly effective and above all, pleasant. Without any doubts, I’d strongly recommend them without hesitation. A must in Dubai Jumeirah Village Circle district.

Staff were very courteous and professional. The two things that I didn't like about the hotel are 1) the misleading pictures showing far views from the rooms where in reality the view is blocked by construction work everywhere and 2) how badly the soundproofing is in the room.

Hotel is brand new and amazing.. had all amenities and was very clean. Staff was great and provided excellent service specially by housekeeping guy, I forgot her name (person from Nepal). Will definitely stay here again. Worth every penny for the price paid.

The hotel itself is great. Very good price quality. The food at the Urban restaurant (we had breakfast and diner) was delicious. The the employees were very friendly and accommodating. The only downside is the surrounding but Dubaï being Dubaï (not a walking city and a building city) it would be hard for it to be different or better….
