had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious, large, and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the room clean and tidy. I would especially like to thank Probin at the reception for his professionalism and helpful service, as well as Ali and Faizam from housekeeping for their excellent work, attention to detail, and kindness.

The staff are amazing assisting us professionally with all the smile. The amenities are beautiful sauna is so goood. Room is so spacious. I would like to highlight Ms. Khine who assist us on check in she is very informative and they give us an upgrade suites. Over all the place is amazing we will come back again.

Excellent staff and services, beautiful rooms and great vibe overall. We travelled with a three year old and infant baby and we were supported with a cot and our suite was quiet and spacious. We will definitely consider staying here when we visit Dubai again. We are l very thankful to all the staff.

Rooms were vile. One was mouldy and the other smelt of sewage. I ended up leaving after 3 nights. The staff were amazing though, they really did as much as they could to help.

We stayed 8 days. the hotel was very neat, I had the deluxe room. room was very spacious and bathroom had a shower and bath. cleaning was done daily and also in the afternoon/evening as a 2nd service a check was done if anything was needed. hotel had 24/7 security and reception. from the hotel you could easily reach other places. we had taken breakfast and this was also diverse and well organized.

PLUS: Hotel is lovely my room was spacious very comfortable and food really good with lots of choices. MINUS: Room wasn’t cleaned by end of day 1 so I asked on day 2 for room service to come anytime after 11am. No one came then at 9:30pm (when I tried to get early night ) 3 separate ppl came banging and ringing door bell, then the phone rang over and over even after I asked them to leave it till morning, this went on for an hour. They then did same thing the next 2 days after I said no room service needed I’ll call you….I wasn’t too well so needed rest a lot so this literally ruined my stay as constantly being woke up & became just so annoying. Complained and still nothing changed!!! Won’t be back and moved early to another hotel to finally relax on my holidays 😩

The hotel is pathetic. The staff lies. Due to emergency I was forced to check out early and the staff reassured me that they will process the refund. After I left they refused Expedia to refund the unused nights. The water in room can only be refilled once, the carpet was dirty and the chair was very dirty too. The tv doesn’t work if you don’t have anroid phone because it’s old technology tv. It is not even a 3 star hotel
