"The personnel I dealt with were very courteous. I love the look and feel of the hotel. The pool and courtyard area are so quaint and offer a very nice atmosphere. The free breakfast is also a great extra! It’s very good with many options. I even love the flavored water offered at all times in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s already been my choice twice in the last month when staying in Asheville."
