The location is also great and in the middle of the old city with everything accessible on foot. Above all, their concierge, Stefano, was truly exceptional, not among the staff only, but also as a concierge in general, going above and beyond to secure tickets, hair appointment, and communicate in real time with me...

"We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Das Tigra. It's location was not too close to the zaniness of the tourist area, but not too far either. The room was clean and comfortable. We borrowed an outlet adapter from the front desk, which was helpful. The air conditioning was welcome after a hot day walking around the city. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on it."

"We are a repeating guests in this hotel. The hotel services are excellent in the reactive services. If you ask, they make it happen (mostly). I would hope they could get a little bit better in the proactive services. I'm introvert and it is very uncomfortable for me to call the front desk. For example the rooms don't have a kettle for boiling hot water for tea etc. (They have the cups and teas there..) I'm a tea drinker and a bad sleeper and asking 5x a day to bring hot water to the room is very...
